Who else is using Jobber's AI Receptionist for overflow and after-hours support? We recently implemented it, and while it's not flawless yet, we're finding it to be a game changer compared to traditional voicemail. It's handling calls more efficiently and providing a smoother experience for both our team and clients. I love the Campaigns feature. I build a newsletter with it every month and I only sent it to clients to haven't booked with us for over 4 years at first, then each month I drop the months since serviced section down to raise the number of past clients reached. I do this so I don't overwhelm the phone lines, and eventually I will just have all the clients get it each month. I also tag my unsubscribe clients so they will never get a newsletter in the future, since right now each month is a one off campaign. I can adjust the filters to keep them out of the loop. I wish there was a way to add a gif file though. I add Before and After pics that I edit together on Canva, which is doing the trick for now to get the point across. One more tip that I've been playing with for my newsletters is using Dall.e on Chat GPT to create a header image that will be specific to our industry. It would be hugely beneficial if Jobber had the ability to create different email templates that could be selected when sending, quotes, invoices and emailing clients. Sometimes depending on the quote we need a different opening email when sending and currently have to delete the template message and write or copy and paste a different one. Seems like a basic function that our previous CRM had but would reduce admin massively and add huge benefit when sending communication to clients. I have started using the new Review feature on the invoices. We have already gotten a couple of reviews, and the ability to respond is great. The only issue is that we want to restrict who receives these invites. It seems like this option should be at the customer level and not only at the invoice level. We like the Referral Program but have one major issue: credits aren’t automatically applied to recurring clients. We have to apply them manually each time. We've given feedback to Jobber and hope they address this.
