Release of Liability forms, waivers, and other types of pertinent documents - but done in a way that is streamlined, quick and easy to understand, and then approval by checking boxes, that would unlock their signature on said waiver etc.
Another idea is to incorporate the historical data linked to site visits or completed jobs, and rotate past clients onto a callback list every week, to cycle thru old clientele in an efficient manner; base it off ticket totals, number of visits per season or per year, or even specific geographic areas or neighborhoods.
