Follow ups are easily forgotten when the schedule fills, a great auto follow up assistant would be helpful.

    I completely agree! Follow-ups can easily get missed when things get busy. An automatic follow-up assistant would be extremely helpful, especially if it could also track and organize all the feedback received from those follow-ups in one place. That would make it much easier to identify concerns, track client satisfaction, and make improvements.
