#2 Knowing your numbers can be solved by the above AI. Make yourself a dashboard, ask ChatGPT what your numbers are once connected. Use Jobber Insights dashboard. QuickBooks is months behind and can't really be relied on. Ideally, we all get Jobber bookkeeping set up, and we'll have some real-time numbers going on.
#3 Jobber! Use it fully. Set up automations when you can. Use AI for more automations. Use Jobber Projects to keep on top of those larger longer term jobs.
