We got licensed for biohazard removal. It's definitely not for everyone but since not many people want to do it the jobs are less competitive. But there's a lot of safety and documentation stuff you need to do. I would say don't do it immediately when you open but it is a good direction to go as I said if you can handle that stuff. The first time you go into a house after they found a body in there rotting for 3 months and you have to remove all the stuff in the house will definitely separate the men from the boys as they say. 😉
