Thank you for the advice and support... It's nice to know that this community is here to help us in any industry. I'm some what new to Jobber and I'm very grateful for everyone here. I don't think I'll be moving forward to phase 3 now that I'm reading more and more but it's definitely been a very helpful and learning experience for the future of my business. Unfortunately, I just don't think I'm were I need to be in order to progress forward but it definitely gives me hope that maybe by the next time around I'll be there and have a better foot forward. Fingers crossed for everyone....
