What’s your biggest green flag (or red flag) during a property walkthrough?

For me, the biggest green flag is a client who communicates clearly, respects our expertise, and values quality over the lowest price. A red flag is when someone expects premium work for unrealistic pricing or changes the scope of the project without understanding the impact. Clear communication and mutual respect always lead to the best projects.
