I am a member of a local BNI group. Recently I had a EOS coach join my BNI chapter. I did a free 90 minute consultation with him on EOS. I am looking at potentially making the investment to hire them and fully implement EOS into my business. I'm just curious how it is working for others before jumping into it.
EOS is based off the book, "Traction" my Gino Wickman.
We have been using EOS for many years now. It gives structure, consistency and successes, challenges are always up front in our company. We have no chance to "sweep things under the rug" - no pun intended LOL
In addition to co-owning a carpet cleaning business I am a professional EOS Implementer. EOS is an amazing, simple toolset that helps entrepreneurial businesses flourish. I've used it in 3 different businesses (3MM to 190MM companies) over the last 10 years with great affect in every one!
