Is there a washable paint that gives a flat look without the premium price?

Why use the best paint??

I'm seeing a trend in the industry where customers want a flat look to their walls, especially in nice homes, but they always want washability at the same time.

My only solution here is use Benjamin Moore regal, top line paint. But that's about 200 bucks more for every 10 gallons.

Without using semigloss or satin, is there an eggshell paint that does this in a lower price?
