As an inspector, if I see a package of those in a bathroom, I will usually give my septic inspector a heads up.  Soon I will be state certified and doing those inspections myself and I try to warn the homeowner or potential home owner (whomever I am working for at the time) the dangers of those and how they are falsely advertised as flushable.
