We launched an e-lawn care service last season and it's been well received. Electric power, no chemical applications or synthetic fertilizer. You need to ensure that you qualify new customers as the service is not for folks that want a mono-culture perfect turfgrass lawn. A lot of folks HATE the big gas powered leaf blowers, so that's something I'd hit up in your marketing. Good luck! Mark

Qualifying new customers is super key to onboarding new clients that like the concept, but have no hands on experience with chemical free solutions. The best sales people go for the no first! Ask questions and dig for the reasons why someone would not like your services and hone in on that. Don’t waist your time with people who want to talk about it all day and not be about it. But for the people who are not looking for perfection, we bring a very high standard that they are blown away by. For those who are looking for perfection, I suggest the lawn care solutions that we do not carry.
