What's the rate you need to charge hourly to pay your guys and make the profit you need to grow your business? Then take the amount of time it will take and multiply it by that number.
You need to focus on your own economy, instead of what people might be willing to pay or what other contractors pay. I've had people pay me $500 to disassemble and haul away a book shelf. It wasn't because I "got them", it's because it's our minimum charge and I don't charge anything less than that. They were ok with that because they are paying for trust and security. You have to understand your numbers otherwise you'll never know what you should be charging.
