Hello everyone do find great employees and what are u looking for when you interview them for the job

I found the best employee I could have asked for at a clients home! He is the son of a client who called me for some help with mice. I was talking to him and he was looking for work. He was bright, articulate and well rounded. I pretty much hired him on the spot.
Keep your eyes open, you don't always need a job posting site or Facebook ad. Sometimes they come to you in the real world!
