We use indeed and Woot Recruit. Unfortunately I think we are all seeing this " flux" of talent in our industry. Some say it's due to new opportunities like new businesses in town and others are blaming our governments and honestly I thinks it's a combination of them both. I had a meeting this week and someone mentioned using AI to write a new script for hiring the right talent and the way to do this is have a conversation with AI describing your Avatar of a cleaning technician. I personally have not done this yet but am interested if anyone has tried this and what your success has been.

We have our avatar and quite extensive hiring process. For now it works. I am thinking that AI will take over some jobs and there will be some entries into the labour market because of this. Finding talent is hard, also keeping them with this fast world. Everyone is looking for the next best thing.

So we and a few other companies did a soft survey with our people using google forms to see what are people need or are looking for in our company and surprisingly many want more time freedom. Here is an EXAMPLE: 1. If you had an option to make more money or have more time freedom, which would you prefer? And most picked time freedom. Because a significant other was a main provider or they live a frugal life. Obviously those that struggle with work in general will ask for more money.
