Our company offers 1-4 weeks of vacation time (the amount is based on how long an employee has been with the company), a week of sick pay, paid holidays, quarterly bonuses, 3% IRA match, and they cover 70-100% of insurance premiums.
They also provide a tool/clothing allowance.
