Not sure how I missed this post but if you're still looking to solve this one, here are two ways to set it up depending on how much detail you need in the request record.
Option 1 — Jobber's native Zapier connector
Quick to set up and works for basic lead capture. The limitation is that the Create Request action only exposes two fields — Client and Title. Any additional data captured from your Facebook lead form has nowhere to go.
Option 2 — Adhesion Connect (Jobber app marketplace)
Same Zap structure, but the Create Request action exposes the full field set — Title, Client, Property, Referring Client, Request Details, and Line Items. The Request Details section lets you map any data from your Facebook lead form directly into the request record. In this example Form Name and Ad Name are being mapped — so you know exactly which ad and form generated each lead, right inside Jobber.
For simple lead capture Option 1 works. If you're running paid campaigns and want the full lead data in Jobber without manual cleanup, Option 2 is the cleaner setup.
