Is there a limit how much you can charge using Jobber Payments?

Has anyone been lucky enough to find out the limit how much Jobber Payments will allow you to charge a credit or debit card?

Hi PestFreeCanada Thanks for the question. At this time we aren’t able to share a specific maximum charge limit for Jobber Payments publicly.

That said, I’d love to understand more about what you’re trying to do. If you can share the context—such as the payment amount you plan to process and the use case behind it—I may be able to provide more insight or point you in the right direction.

    Looking forward to learning more.

  • No real world context, I was just wondering. I was talking to a client about redoing her basement insulation and said the job would be upwards of $10-12K. Then I started thinking if I did that job, could I charge her through my Jobber? Would it allow me to process a $10,000 invoice.

That is awesome, congrats on quoting a project at that size.

Yes, you can absolutely process a $10,000 invoice and collect payment through Jobber Payments. There is no issue with invoicing or charging that amount, as long as your account is set up for payments.

I’m sure you’ll be fine. We’ve done it before, and remember you also have the split payment and bank deposit options.
