How do you stay present with your family during busy seasons of work?

It is definitely a common negative aspect I have noticed in the industry. However, time management is my best friend when it comes to setting dedicated time for family and friends. A well-structured business with set work hours will go a long way. As a business owner, I used to believe I had to do everything myself. Over time, I’ve learned that managing the workload and trusting others is what allows me to be present for the people who matter most—my family.
