Hello! I just looked over your profile. The primary category looks good. You can always expand on the secondary categories if they fit too. Filling out the products and services sections are also a great way to expand your profile. Great job on the reviews and I'm glad to see you're responding to them. This is what we like to see. Your photos look great. Keep them up! At least 1-2 photos per week if you can. And for posts, we recommend 1-2 posts per week. This can include photos, videos, promotions, events, or anything else you'd like to share. Don't forget to add service areas so people know the areas you work in. It helps you rank better too
I just looked at your website. You might want consider adding a clickable phone number at the very top of the website to increase calls. We recommend that the H1 include what a company does and the area they offer it. This helps associate you with that service but also that primary location. You seem to be missing SEO which is hurting your website. Consider refreshing your site and adding more pages. We like separate pages for services and separate for the service areas. When we think of services and service areas, we like to build a page for each of them. This tells Google what you we do but also tells them the areas we do it in. The service pages you have seem to be missing so I would get that fix as soon as you can.
