Hey, I’m Hunter Patrick! 👋

I started social media about a year and a half ago—not to get popular, but to give my customers a clear picture of what hiring me looked like compared to the competition.

By posting every day with original, authentic content, I built a style my community connected with. Now I want to help you do the same. 🚀 Check out my Instagram to see what kind of content I’ve been whipping up! 👉 Hunter Patrick (@hunterpatrickdumpire) • Instagram photos and videos

💡 Please share one social link. I’ll focus on the first one you include so I can try my best and give everyone thoughtful feedback!

      Hey Kurt! Let’s do it.

      1. the video quality and editing are both amazing, I love the way it’s structured.
      2. i would turn the music down slightly and maybe change the kind of music you use, something more fitting to the actual video.
      3. next time say something along the lines of “this customer hated their yard, so here’s how we fixed it” and show a video of the yard before.

now idk if your looking for customer interaction or vitality. But this is a great video for a paid ad just not for vitality. Either way this is a great video and you did a great job!

        Hey Hunter,

I appreciate you diving into this one and your feedback. I think I’m going for more customer interaction. I’ve been creating a lot of videos like this this past season. Unfortunately I haven’t had a ton of growth though.

I’m hoping to make since tweaks to create more engagement.

        Thanks again!

Post looks great, but we can definitely improve. Also, I LOVE the spooky post, made me crack up lol.

      1. Showing equipment on site and jobs complete is great, it builds trust with you customers.
      2. Start creating reels, you get much more reach creating videos rather than photos. People love seeing others work hard labor jobs / businesses.
      3. I've seen HUNDREDS of "poop" videos go viral. Make a reel of you cleaning out a septic tank, day in the life, how many jobs you're doing, issues you run into, just show people what you do on a daily basis in video form, and it show extreme transparency to your customers and attracts people who are interested in seeing what it's like running a septic company. "This septic tank was clogged for 6 months, lets unclog it" That's a hook you can use.

      1. Your scripting is amazing, and the way you move through the story is perfect.
      2. You need to focus more on the hook and keeping the transitions cleaner. Try jump cutting rather than transitions.
      3. Try this as a hook. "I lost $10,000 in x days by making this one mistake" and then talk about how that happened and how you learned from it. Then explain to people how you can prevent them from making that mistake.

Try and make your hooks dramatic. add a big red number with a sound effect so people immediately think "how did she lose $10k in x amount of days"

Hey Kelly, thanks for sharing your page!

To provide you the best feedback, Hunter will need a link to one specific post instead of your full page. Could you drop that here? Thanks!

Hey William! Appreciate you sharing your page. For this exercise, Hunter will need a direct link to a single post — that way he can give you detailed feedback on the content itself. Thanks!

  • I have a third party posting for me, but I feel some of the posts lack substance. Definitely open to feedback.

Hey! Love the profile. Here's what i would do.

        1. i love your ads and photo posts, they are seasonal based and very clever.
        2. Try to post videos. You can post videos of you on the job working, explaining a repair, talking about how if this repair wasn't prevented it could've been catastrophic, etc. It's also really good to follow trends, go on social and see what other electric companies are doing and copy and paste.
        3. Make a video like this "This house could've had an electrical fire if this wasn't fixed in time." or you can make a video showing people what a breaker box looks like behind the breakers. Curiosity is a big driver in views. If most people don't know about it, they probably want to see it!

Thank you! Glad to hear you got some value out of it!

I always go after the largest member groups that are all about the community. For example, my highest performing group is “focus on Forsyth”. It has 60k members and people just talk about the community etc. These are great groups because a lot of people are always asking for service recommendations. Try and join some buy and sell groups and market yourself to those people. A lot of them need junk hauled off when buying new furniture or stuff hauled off when furniture doesn’t sell. Go after yard sale groups and estate sale groups as well.

The best way to rank in ChatGPT is simply to improve your overall online presence. Building a big social media, having blogs or articles written about your business, posting helpful tips for residents, etc.

You should have a pricing model built on your website and link it to your Google page so that AI can get info from it directly and relay it to the customer looking for it. Public feedback such as reviews help with this as well.

if you have any more questions, I’m happy to answer them!

Great presentation, Hunter! Thank you for the tips. I have two additional questions if you get a moment.

    • I am a part of various local city FB groups (yard sales, mom groups, etc.). Are there specific groups we should look for when bringing awareness about residential services? As well as commercial services?
    • What about being noticeable on chats like ChatGPT or other AI platforms? They recommend listing services, price packages, etc. on Google Business Profile in order to be recognizable by chats.

Content style is great, we just need to make it more attention grabbing .

      1. Use videos of before and after instead. Take a video of before and after video of after to show the true difference.
      2. You can have a caption more result driven “Look how we completely transformed her sink by ….”
      3. Try and film and take photos vertically. Filling up the screen on short form content is super important.

you have a great idea, we just need to make it more appealing. Try out those 3 steps and let me know how it performs!
