I looked for a first name for the gentleman doing the talking head content but couldn't find one, but I'd like to say he's doing a great job on the content. You're a natural on camera and articulate very well. Continue using that to your avantage. What this content is lacking is a Hook. We like using 3 hooks at once. A visual hook, text hook, and spoken hook. This video we are attaching, believe it or not is a visual hook (bottle flip).  A text hook could be a question or statement pertaining to what you're talking about in the video and an audio or spoken hook will usually reenforce that title hook. Overall, I'd like to see more questions answered about your service. Remember, we are using social media to tell people who we are and what we do.
