I’m conflicted about how I use my accounts. I’ve been using my personal accounts to show my creative side and my business accounts to show the technical side of my work. At the time, that made sense. But now I wonder if splitting everything up helps build credibility or actually makes my brand feel less clear.

This is a common issue so don't feel bad. Here's my honest read, after going through all 4 profiles, I have no idea who you are or what you do. As a business or a business owner. Trying to post content to 2 separate pages is double the work. So here's our advice, focus on your business profile. Start with talking head content. First video should be a who you are, what you do, and why you do it. From there, continue making content with the most commonly asked questions you have within your business. Video content shows your personality and starts idenitifying your likeness with your brand/business. I hope this gives you some clarity!

Honestly, isn’t that the hardest part? Throwing yourself out there? I mean, the split made sense in my head at the time. Personal page for the creative side, business page for the technical architecture side. But I can see how, from the outside, that may make the whole brand feel less clear.
However, I really appreciate the honest read. I think I’ve been hiding behind the work a little bit. I used to have all the confidence in the world, and somewhere along the way I started feeling more like a hermit crab than a business owner. But you’re right. People need to know who I am, what I do, and why I do it. I’m going to focus more on Cowbell Designs and start bringing more of myself into that page.
