How to acquire customer when starting out

I’ve been in hvac for over 28 years, recently started my own residential hvac company in baton rouge. This is a very competitive market. I’ve invested in websites, seo, Angie , Nextdoor. Which at first was working. But still having trouble getting seen by customers to get the opportunity to get  get to door. I’ve hired a company to redo website and seo . Does anyone have any input or ideas that can help get customers to start calling?
