I'm using N8N to build out the workflows and automations. That connects to all the LLMs.
One thing we just built was a Google folder that when my older owner wants to create invoices, print them off, he can take a photo of it and upload it to the folder. My workflow will use OpenAI image analyzer and scan it for all the contact details, property details, project details (we're in roofing) and then add that person to Jobber.
It's not perfect but it at least helps us stay up to date with what he's doing (he's our OG sales guy) while not forcing him to use new tech that he doesn't want to use.Very excited to start getting deeper into the Ai Agents that do a lot of the admin in the backend. I chose Jobber because it's supposed to be the best Open API that can connect to any other tools like hover, eagleview, gmail, etc.

I cant get anyone to stay on long enough to find out they all hang up as soon as they here AI receptionist. Honestly I think people would at least attempt if I could set it to not say those two words.

We use AI Front Desk (https://www.myaifrontdesk.com/?via=m-s) as one of our 2 business numbers to answer our phone calls. We program it with everything about our business and services. It can give out pricing and answer questions about our business. It will email us a transcript of the conversation. We also set up a call transfer workflow that connects it to our Jobber AI receptionist. It can also transfer calls directly to staff members. It is working well for us right now.
We are also looking into using Nowsite for social media as it has AI features to assist with creating relevant posts to engage your audience and this an area we currently need to improve on.

We started using Claude.ai as an alternative for Chat GPT. Its very business oriented and great coming up with business plans, marketing plans and educational materials as just a start.

I use AI receptionist and find it to be great! However, it does make some mistakes with client names, so it's important to confirm details with clients. Also, ChatGPT really helps get everything right.

Our agency offers a Business AI Agent systems which we customize to each home service client. Essentially our system will answer all inbound calls, qualify leads and schedule appointments on our client’s calendar. There are a few other tied in features as well. So far that we feedback that we are getting from our clients has been great. This is one way that you can leverage an AI agent in your local business.
