We have the same problem with the call rail integration. I do have an admin that basically lives in requests, so she just deletes the ones that aren't real requests, but still it's a problem for sure.
So the way I've been interacting with Jobber's API is basically through Base44.
It's really nothing too special. I just started telling it that I want a dashboard with these certain metrics, and I want them shown to me in this certain way. I go back and forth with it until I got that dashboard. I did have some throttling issues and broke the dashboard a few times but it seems stable now.
Base 44 also has agents in it that you can connect to Jobber and then you can tell the agent to do admin type things in there as well. I would try both out. My agent also broke a few times just moving too much data around but I've got it stable now it seems.

I've been wanting to build a dashboard that shows the next day's visits for our tree crew, including any special tools or requirements, displayed the afternoon before. That way by the next morning they already know how the day is going to run, they're more efficient, and they're not leaving necessary tools behind. I'd want it to show the weather, the tasks scheduled for that date, and the cities — but no pricing information — so I can put it up on the big TV in the warehouse.
Still in the process, but I'll share the result if I get it working. I'll check into Base44 as well.
Did you happen to set up a server or PC/Mac for this, either with OpenClaw or running everything in the cloud?

On my end, I'm also looking to include fleet GPS from Samsara — they give you API access. Back when I started, this was looking something like the screenshot below, so let's see what Base44 does for me.
At the same time, I'm looking at a local host via a Mac Mini to start running some agents and heavier tasks without having all this spread across different platforms.
So this is the reason why I use base 44 it handles all the server / hosting / background stuff for you unlike when I built a website in claude cowork.
