Flat rate software that links w/ Jobber

Hi all,

I own a plumbing company in Colorado & just recently switched over to Jobber. Does anybody use a flatrate pricing system that updates on a regular basis & plays well w Jobber?

Most dedicated flat-rate software doesn't natively integrate with Jobber, but you can keep it simple:

    • Jobber’s Built-in Catalog: Build your flat-rate menu directly under Products & Services. Techs can pull pre-priced line items straight onto quotes from the app.
    • Good/Better/Best Tiers: Use Jobber’s visual quoting and optional line items for menu-style option selling on-site.
    • Batch CSV Updates: When material or labor rates change, export your master price book to CSV and import it to Jobber to update everything at once.
    • Zapier: If you use an external database, set up a Zapier workflow to push price updates into Jobber automatically.

Setting up your price book directly inside Jobber’s catalog usually ends up being the cleanest, cheapest route.
