You need to set up a dedicated phone number in Jobber to use AI Receptionist. However, you can use call forwarding to have your AI Receptionist answer calls made to a different phone number.
Check with your phone provider to learn how to forward calls to your Jobber dedicated phone number after business hours, or after a certain number of rings.
