Finding the right niche

I’ve been in the cleaning industry for the past year in residential, until I started my adventure with Momentum here in Calgary, I was undercharging my clients. Then my vision changed to be eco conscious from A-Z with LEED aligning principles, so obviously my prices went up and I been loosing my clients. I am now asking myself how can I find the right niche? I did my website alone to better understand the market, still working on my social. I am also open to start commercial cleaning but I want to make sure that I am ready for it. Any advise from anyone please?
