This is helpful. I’m building my marketing plan for a home-service business too, and I’m focusing more on direct local marketing instead of only waiting for online leads. For cleaning, I think a good mix is door hangers or EDDM postcards, a simple landing page with clear services, before-and-after photos, and follow-up with businesses that already understand the value of a clean property.
For commercial cleaning, I would probably choose one specific target first, like small offices, salons, medical offices, or property managers, instead of trying to reach everyone at once. Then I’d keep the offer simple: what you clean, what area you serve, and how fast they can request a quote.

I’m preparing lead bags, and leave them at small offices, before they open. I did walk-ins ( didn’t work for me, only up to 50 walk-ins). I’m starting a referral program, paying commission for commercial contracts. I know a lady that has a beauty salon, amd I’ll pay her 100% commission, she just needs to introduce me to business owners. What have you been trying so far?
