My best luck in finding employees have been through Indeed and requiring a DISC assessment before jumping on a 15 video interview. But expect a lot of no shows to the interview 😕 I had 6 out of 9 people not show up to the video interview this week when they select both the date and time lol.

We have had success with referrals from friends of current employees and word of mouth; indeed also works but it takes a lot of applications to find quality people
