I'd also make sure your online presence is solid with Reviews, testimonials, before-and-after photos, and clear case studies. When a prospect is comparing multiple cleaning companies, trust and proof often make the difference.
The companies that seem to win the most contracts are usually the ones that follow up consistently and make it easy for prospects to see the value of working with them.
