I build cost engineering into my designs, then give good, better, best options. But clearly lay out the differences in materials, methods, and warranties in the Jobber contract and educate your client on the differences. If you're going with the budget options, your standard warranty might not apply or your client may expect a "best" level result when the final invoice comes due.

Hello my name is Mike I started my business in South Carolina and relocated to Arizona in 2022 to help people of all ages and backgrounds with their home maintenance and upgrades at affordable prices. I can’t stand to see people getting taken advantage of.

Nice to meet you Dudley. One of the reasons I got into home repairs was because my grandmother, and others, had been taken advantage of by swindlers. My goal is to help them any way possible, even if its just a second opinion. Good luck to you. Donnie
