How to get working capital for a construction business with bad credit?

Hello, everyone, my name is Scott Sorrells I am owner operator of Sorrells Construction LLC. We are a family-owned business that has been in business since January of 2022. We are located in Fort Smith, Ar.  We renovate and build in-ground swimming pools. I am on the verge of haven't to shut down. I stared the business with bad credit and 0 dollars in the bank.

Can anyone direct me to someone who may be able to help me obtain the working capital I need.

I have tried MCA's and that is not any fun paying every day.

    I would recommend downsize and just book smaller jobs that require less investment on your part for now. Less crew, less fuel, tool rentals, material purchase... Build your bankroll back up slowly and then look to expand. You could always ask customers for a larger deposit to buy what you need and pay cash.
