Thank you for the information, but I tried the web version and reached out to Jobber support a week ago. It does not allow login in from the app or web. We know it isn't on our end as we can access with our Samsung tablets and laptops.
Maybe it’s related to the two-step verification process. Did you also try while connected to Wi-Fi? If you can send us a screenshot of the issue, we’ll be able to assist you with more details.
