Prioritize and grow smartly. So use the crappy mitre saw for months or years if it’s still working for your needs. That enclosed trailer may be way more important…. Make relationships with local contractors! Huge, I don’t score a ton of jobs from them but I do get work here and there. I’ve done a huge kitchen with maple countertops that turned into another home a walnut butcher block alcohol bar spot. Didn’t get rich off of him but sure does help fill the year with projects. Be a good person, be personable, be humble and always be learning. YouTube has tons of videos on trim! There’s a Canadian guy that does drywall and trim with helpful videos. Don’t rush and don’t cheat the process, fill the holes correctly, glue when there needs to be glue so your buttjoints don’t open up stuff like that… good luck!
