What is the best way to generate leads for Audio/Video & Home Theater clients who own Luxury Homes?

I currently have a few realtors and a builder I work with that are steady, but am looking to grow and expand. I'm looking for tips on how to expand my reach and get a more steady pipeline of clients....

   Hello,

   I would try using a go pro edited videos while hiding the wiring at some points of the processes not divulging all of your trade secrets.    Most of all show the finished jobs and in various angles.
