Hiring Sub-Contractors

I started my fencing business back in February and I am struggling to keep up with the work being a one-man (sometimes 2) crew. I am looking to hire sub-contractors that have experience in all material types (wood, chain link, pipe). Work will be in the Dallas area (mainly Collin/Hunt/Rockwall County).
