Anyone using ChatGPT or Claude (AI) with Jobber for their HVAC shop?

I am planning on hooking up ChatGPT / Claude to our Jobber account to help streamline things around the shop, but before I pull the trigger, I wanted to see if anyone else here has already tried it.

I am looking to use it for things like pulling client histories to summarize old callback issues before a tech goes out, fast-drafting detailed installation quotes, and writing personalized follow-up texts for unapproved estimates.

If you have experimented with these new AI tools and integrations on Jobber, I would love to know:

Question 1: What has been your biggest win? (What task is it actually saving you the most time on?)

Question 2: What are the red flags or limits? (Are there specific things you absolutely don’t trust it to touch, like scheduling or pricing metrics?)
