I have these in my tool kit for walk throughs also. One thing I realized, I turn my head really fast and often haha

I'm really bad about getting chatty with clients during walk throughs and not taking enough pictures so having them causes me to make sure I get what I need from the site. I recently got a prescription for glasses and they make them for that which is helpful also.
