Before you upgrade your work truck, get an insurance quote first

Hi! Thanks for sharing your story. I have a similar one where as I have an 06 2500hd on my personal policy that I have been using for work. When I bought an 07 3500 diesel and added it to my commercial policy which already has a bucket truck and dump trailer on it I was very surprised to see it come out to about $2100 a year for the new truck, just for a 3500. Pretty irritated with it, I was expecting more like $1200 or so. 🤷
