Can you start a land clearing business with a used skid steer instead of a track loader?

I don’t know anything about skid steers or lawn mowers.  Perhaps start with the equipment, you can afford and growing from there. It may be better than waiting for the perfect setup. If mowing helps generate cash flow and customers, it can be a good stepping stone toward land clearing.
