Hello, I run my whole business off the Ego ecosystem and have heard other people having problems but I have not had any issues at all. My oldest batteries are 8 years old and I don't really see much of a depletion from them. As long as you take care of the tools and batteries, such as not leaving the battery on the tool during storage or keeping it on the charger well after it's done charging, you can prolong the life of the battery. I cut with the 42" e-steer and can typically get about 5 residential lawns don't on a full charge of (6) 12 amp hour batteries. I can't wait to see what they price out the commercial zero turn mowers at. There are many YouTube videos of battery tool comparisons between ego, Milwaukee, DeWalt, and others if you'd like more help comparing as well.
