Most impactful tool for your industry?

iPad's. Me and business partner run a Electrical & Solar contracting business and all our lead guys have iPad's with Bluebeam, Jobber and Google workspace. Bluebeam costs a one off $10 i think and then everyone can view and markup plans and then Google workspace gives them access to their emails and Google drive and I'm sure we are still not using Google to a fraction of its capabilities currently.
