Tasks in Jobber for Equipment Maintenance

Is anyone using tasks in Jobber to track/schedule regular maintenance on equipment? Oil changes, new tires, etc. If so, I'd be curious to hear how it is working for you. How easy is it to pull up the maintenance history on a particular piece of equipment? Before looking at a separate solution, I'd prefer to use something we already have.

Unfortunately, Jobber doesn't have anything for tracking equipment maintenance that would allow you to pull up a history. I use a simple spreadsheet to do it right now, but I do wish there was something better out there that integrated with Jobber.

Have you thought about making a custom Job Form and then saving it in the notes section? Thats been very effective for us tracking annual  maintenance visits for our customers. You could always create a custom zap from Jobber to another platform/software that offers maintenance on equipment, too. kenkiley

  • Some equipment dealers offer a free fleet management tool to help with tracking scheduled services, repairs, and parts purchases. I use one and it allows me to add all makes to my equipment list. Most do require you to sign up or have an account.
