What tool or equipment investment most improved your crew’s efficiency on job sites?

What’s one piece of equipment or tool you invested in that completely changed the efficiency of your crew on job sites?

We use a lot of different tools that make things more efficient so we don't have one - the main thing is if you need a tool, don't buy the cheapest one. Obviously not everyone can afford Festool everything but don't buy RYobi's for a quick fix. If you have to get a duplicate tool, try to get a different one that will perform the same function so you just don't have two of the same tool. (Like if you already have a 18V Milwaukee, get the 12V one) Probably the most efficient thing we've done is gone away from company pick up trucks to sprinter vans. They are so much more efficient.
