We provide construction cleaning services. I would definitely get with your insurance broker. For what we do we carry the following: commercial umbrella policy with general liability, professional liability, worker's comp, and janitorial bond. If you are working scaffolding, ladders, etc. you'll want to let your broker know so they can structure it correctly. Also different builders require different limits. Good luck.

I'm not a cleaner so I don't know what that market is like but what I can recommend is utilizing an insurance broker. Someone that will shop around policies for you and give you the best one. They'd be your point of contact for insurance questions and can make the COIs for you.
