How do you schedule recurring jobs without fixed dates in Jobber?

How is everyone scheduling recurring jobs with no set schedule?

Jobber showed me a way to do it, But it seems like a lot of steps to schedule jobs. Example scheduling a 6 round fertilizer package. The way they showed me I can see missing a lot of services thru out the year and also taking a lot of steps.

Just wanted to see how other people are currently doing this can you share how you do it?

    Jobber Support Team

    Hi Premium509,

Great question, have you had a chance to go over our snow removal workflow with our support team? That approach is often the best fit for situations where you need multiple visits without a fixed schedule.

The idea is that instead of pre-scheduling all visits, you create a system to track which clients and jobs are “due” for their next service, and then schedule them as needed. It does require a bit of upfront organization, especially around how you label or tag clients and jobs, but it can be a really effective way to avoid missing services while staying flexible.

Here is the classic Snow removal workflow, and here is one for the New Schedule.
