How much to trim a tree vs taking a tree down

I charge hourly figure a minimum say 200$ at 150/hr then I charge 300$ a day for equipment so lifts chipper and box and dump trailer so depends how big of trim job it is so like we talking 3-4 limbs that are 4-5 inches ya can grab with a pole saw 200$ on top the next or we talking 2-3 8 plus inches over the house is there wires in the way gonna take ya more time to piece the tree out just figure it out or charge a day rate like I do for a lot of property management company’s in my area they give me a list of property and I go knock them out
