Q's from Denver Jobber NOW Watch Party

Hey team! We had some questions from our local Denver watch party:

  • Bookkeeping
    • Can it replace QBO?
    • Will do provide any improvements with current QBO integrations? 
  • Jobber Phone
    • Is this for both inbound and outbound calls?
  • Jobber Teammate
    • Is there a deep dive on setting this up and where can I find its full capabilities?

  • Is there any support for training on these new features?
  • Which packages are each of the new features aligned with?

    Bookkeeping

    • Can it replace QBO? That depends on how you're using QBO today. If you book a demo with one of our reps they can help you evaluate how the two compare and whether a switch to Jobber Bookkeeping makes sense for your set-up.
    • Will you provide any improvements with current QBO integrations? There are no improvements being released as part of the Jobber Bookkeeping launch but the current integration will continue to be maintained. If you have any feedback for improvements please share them and we can bring them back to our product team!

    Phone Calls in Jobber

    • Yes, you will be able to make AND receive calls in Jobber! You can use your dedicated phone number (DPN) you get through Jobber, or port-in an existing phone number. You can request early access to the phone calls feature here. 

    Jobber Teammate

    • We'll be releasing more information about Jobber Teammate as it becomes available. In the meantime, you can request early access here. 

    As new features get released, support articles will be added to the Jobber Help Center , and pricing info on our website.
