• Bookkeeping

  • Can it replace QBO? That depends on how you're using QBO today. If you book a demo with one of our reps they can help you evaluate how the two compare and whether a switch to Jobber Bookkeeping makes sense for your set-up.

  • Can it/will it do payroll and P&Ls? Yes to P&Ls and financial statements. Jobber Bookkeeping doesn't manage payroll natively yet,  but we do have an integration with Gusto which would give your bookkeeper read-only access to update payroll entries in your books without you needing to export records manually.

• Phone Calls in Jobber (I think this is what you meant!)

  • Coming soon, you'll be able to send and receive calls in Jobber. Every call is logged and transcribed for you to follow-up on when you’re back at your desk, or for your admin back in the office to take over. You can use your dedicated phone number in Jobber, or port-in your existing phone number.

• Receptionist
  • Coming soon, Receptionist won't just answer calls and texts when you're unavailable. It will also be in the background of your own phone calls with clients—taking notes, drafting quotes and scheduling visits for your quick approval once you hang up.

• • You'll need to already be using phone calls in Jobber to take advantage of this feature. You can join the early access waitlist for phone calls here.

Second this! Really need some type of inventory management. Products with variables and bundled products would also be great. For example a flat rate water heater install includes several different items plus labor costs. Would be great to be able to group items together for different services instead of having to add each item separately each time.

Projects is currently available in Jobber Labs for Plus customers, with more improvements planned. We don’t have a page where you can explore it outside of Plus yet, but here’s a quick overview:

Projects brings larger, multi-stage work together in one place, so you can:

• Turn an approved quote into a project with its line items already in place.
• Organize work into milestones, tasks, and visits, with assignments across crews and locations.
• Add visit-level checklists so your team knows what to complete on site.
• Track the status of individual tasks and visits, along with the project as a whole.
• Bill in stages with a payment schedule, and create invoices for specific line items or a percentage of the project scope.
